No Time for Idle Time

It is always something to do that pleases the Most High to avoid idle time. Prov. 31:27 “She looketh well to the ways of her household and eateth not the bread of idleness.” A virtuous woman is never idle. She is always looking for things that need to be done in her household no matter what it is. Here is a short list of things to do in the kitchen to avoid idle time: Plan out your meals for the week. Prepare meals that need to be cooked so it will be easier for you to start when you arrive home from work.  For example (cut up any onions, bell peppers, thaw out meat, etc…) Find new ideas and different meals to cook. On the Lighter Side

Tilapia over brown rice This is a quick, easy, and healthy dish to make for your family. Here’s what you’ll need: A pack of tilapia fish 2 cups of brown rice Tip: For every one cup of rice you’ll need two cups of water 2 tea spoons of olive oil ( 1 tea spoon per piece of fish) Onions Tomatoes Green Bell peppers Cilantro Seasoning salt Pepper Garlic salt And your choice of green veggies. (I prefer fresh green beans) How to make it: Set the oven temperature to 325 degrees Rinse of the fish Cut up onions, bell pepper, tomatoes, and cilantro into small pieces Place fish in baking pan along with the cut up onions, bell peppers, cilantro, and tomatoes Sprinkle olive oil over fish Place in oven Boil water for rice Pour rice in boiling water Boil water for green beans Season...
