Losing Yourself

There comes a point in a person’s life in which, without even realizing it, they’ve lost themselves.  They wake up one day and notice that they have fallen so far from where they are supposed to be, that getting back on track seems almost impossible.  It is a point in which one’s priorities have become mixed up and actions have become unrecognizable.  A point in which looking in the mirror, a total stranger appears to be looking back.   But what is one to do when they have reached this point in life?
