What is lurking in our cabinets?


Sometimes we don’t understand what we are eating when we are buying foods from our local grocery and liquor stores. We never look at our food labels and ask; what are these ingredients that I am feeding to my family?  The most common ingredient that I found on the food labels is MSG or Monosodium Glutamate. So I Decided to look it up and this is what I found:

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) is a flavor enhancer that is added to mostly all of processed foods. It’s not just a simple seasoning like salt or pepper. MSG makes processed meats and frozen dinners taste fresher and smell better. Most people probably think that it isn’t anything wrong with something that is used to make our food taste good. What we don’t know is that MSG is a slow and silent killer doing major damage to our health.

Why is MSG so dangerous?

It is a misconception that MSG is a flavor or meat enhancer, but in reality it has very little taste. Yet when you eat MSG you think the food you’re eating has more protein and taste better. It does this by tricking your tongue using a little known fifth basic taste umami. It overexcites your cells to the point of damage or death, causing brain damage to varying degrees and also triggering diseases like: Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Lou Gehrig’s disease. This is why more and more of our elderly people are being diagnosed with these diseases. MSG is long term damaging. Its is so sad that the FDA actually approved this to be in our foods.

Prov. 26:25 When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart.

This scripture warns us about believing Esau when he says everything is okay but in reality it is not good for you.


Avoiding MSG

Food companies are very crafty. Knowing that MSG isn’t very safe for us to eat, they try to disguise it by renaming or using ingredients that contain MSG.

Here is a list of all ingredients that ALWAYS contain MSG:

Yeast Nutrient


REMEMBER: MSG is not a sin if you decide to eat it but it is very damaging to you and your family’s health. This article is just to warn and make us aware of Esau plots and scams against our people.
