Beautiful Skin Naturally

Beauty is more than what meets the eyes, it is a good idea that we focus on the holy spirit within us more than focusing on our outward appearance.  A virtuous woman, according to the Bible, is valued as rubies, and there are more scriptures that compare a righteous woman to the beauty and glow that we find in precious jewels and metals.  So our righteousness will give us a certain level of radiance naturally.

Ecclesiastes 8:1 “Who is as the wise man? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.”

As long as we know that our true beauty comes from righteousness and we don’t give all our power over to the physical appearance, it is okay to maintain radiant healthy looking skin; we are the glory of the Most High God.Some methods used to maintain outward radiant  skin is through a well-balanced diet with plenty of liquids, and a few other items that can be found in the kitchen. The steps and items are broken down by time of day:

  1. I. In the morning
    1. a. Rub Olive Oil on your face and then wipe it off (it dissolves dirt and purifies the skin)
    2. b. Next wash your face with a face cloth soaked in warm water, cap full of vinegar, and lemon juice
    3. c. Next dry your face and pat on some natural Aloe Vera water as a skin toner
    4. d. Last apply a little coconut oil as a lip moisturizer and you are ready to go
    5. II. In the Afternoon
    6. a. Spritz on water mixed with lemon juice (it will tone and kill free radical bacteria)
    7. III. In the evening
    8. a. Pick one evening of the week to exfoliate dead skin cells. On that day mix together ¼ cup of sea salt, teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of olive or coconut oil. Using your fingertips rub the mixture into your skin using circular motions, be gentle, the sea salt will do most of the exfoliation work for you.
    9. b. Rinse your skin, dry it,  then apply a thin coat of olive oil so the vitamin E and antioxidants in it can perfect the outside of your skin while you sleep.

Repeat these steps daily and your skin will be radiant and healthy looking in no time.
