CHICKEN NUGGETS

Chicken Nuggets!

Chicken nuggets are a fun snack food, but the fast food version is not the healthiest choice.  If you cook your own at home it is an easily accessible snack served hot or even cold on the Sabbath day!

Ingredients:

 

1 Cup granulated garlic

1 Cup Panko bread crumbs

1/2 Cup Bisquick baking mix

1/2 Cup parmesan cheese

1 Tablespoon ground cayenne pepper

1 Tablespoon lemon black pepper

2 Teaspoon salt

¼ Cup buttermilk ranch dressing

1 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 Cup grapeseed oil

Mix:

In mixing bowl mix together the dry ingredients; garlic, panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, bisquick baking mix, cayenne pepper, lemon black pepper, and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, place the garlic ranch dressing

Chop:

Dice the chicken into small bite-sized squares

Cook:

In a skillet heat the grapeseed oil on medium heat for 1 minute, then using tongs or ventilated spoon, dip chicken cubes in the garlic ranch dressing and then dip into the dry mixture.  Place chicken into the skillet to fry until each nugget is golden brown all over.

Serve:

Remove from heat, let cool, and serve.  Tastes great with any side dish. Tastes great cold or hot too!
