Winter is here and OH BOY is it cold! I Already miss the warm sunny rays bouncing off the melanin in my skin! But the winter season has its designed purpose given by our wonderful creator to fall between Autumn and Spring bringing cold-chilly weather, and much rain to quenched our earth as a means to recover from hot or even sometimes scorching summers that tend to dry everything.
While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. ~Genesis 8:22
So, how’s your immune system? Hopefully ready to withstand the coldness of winter. If not, you may need to boost up! I would like to share with you what I use during this season to boost my immune system. This drink is a serious immune booster and will rid any runny nose or sore throat!
Homemade Immune BOOST UP!

Cayenne Pepper– Helps break down mucus and is high in vitamin A.
Apple Cider Vinegar– Balances your body’s immune system by regulating it’s PH levels.
Honey– Helps with general immune function and soothes sore throat.
Lemon– Has antiviral and antibacterial properties.
No measurements needed, it’s up to your taste bud’s liking!
All four of these ingredients have many positive attributes beyond the topic of this article. Utilizing them in your day-to-day regimen is beneficial. Also, don’t forget about good nutrition. You are what you eat! Therefore, uphold GOD’s righteous dietary laws and eat to live!
