FAITH-DRIVEN. COMMUNITY-BUILT. ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PEOPLE WE SERVE

this is who we are

No one was coming. So we built it ourselves — a community that refused to wait, refused to shrink, and refused to stop showing up for each other.

For 15 years, True Nation has been the home that Black, Latino, Native American, and Indigenous people were never given. We are this community — and everything we have built, we built from within it.

We showed up when systems didn't. Without a building, a full staff, or the resources this work deserved — we ran programs because the community needed them and no one else was coming.

In 2022 we incorporated as a 501(c)(3). That foundation now supports ten programs across Los Angeles, Georgia, and Detroit, with partnerships reaching Ghana and the Philippines.

Fifteen Years. No Permission. No Waiting

OUR VISION

THIS IS WHERE WE ARE GOING

To build community-led spaces where Black, Latino, Native American, and Indigenous families worldwide can heal, learn, and create together. Our goal is to strengthen equity, wellness, and opportunity through education and cultural development grounded in our faith and heritage

OUR MISSION

THIS IS HOW WE GET THERE

We address systemic inequality through programs that empower youth, support families, and build strong communities. Our work centers education, the arts, wellness, sports, performing arts, holistic health, music, and leadership development — all rooted in cultural identity and strengthened by trusted partnerships.

OUR CORE VALUES

THIS IS WHAT WE STAND ON

These are not aspirations. They are the standards we hold ourselves to every day.

  • We raise the standard in all we do — from leadership to community programs — by pursuing growth, creativity, and innovation that uplifts the people we serve.

  • We take responsibility for how we lead, teach, and serve. Through transparency, shared systems, and careful resource management, we build trust across every level of our work.

  • Our programs are guided by deep conviction. Every step we take reflects belief in our mission, commitment to our community, and a vision rooted in long-term purpose. This faith empowers us to overcome obstacles and pursue meaningful change.

  • Integrity is the foundation of leadership and the strength of every relationship. We act with honesty, fairness, and compassion in every decision and collaboration.

  • Our strength comes from structure. Through clearly defined roles, thoughtful planning, and strong partnerships, we build programs that foster unity and long-term growth.

  • Resilience transforms challenge into progress. By supporting families and youth to overcome barriers and thrive, we help build communities rooted in strength and growth.
