MORE THAN AN ORGANIZATION

We are leaders, educators, artists, farmers, musicians, and parents. All building toward the same vision. One that lasts far beyond any single program or funding cycle.

Get to know who we are and why we do what we do.

  • We Did Not Wait for Permission. We Built It Ourselves.

True Nation did not start in a boardroom. It started in a community that refused to wait for someone else to show up.

For 15 years True Nation has been the organization that showed up — feeding families, educating youth, building cultural identity, and doing the work that systems were never designed to do for Black, Latino, Native American, and Indigenous people. We incorporated as a 501(c)(3) in 2022 not because the mission was new but because the vision had grown too large to build without the right foundation beneath it.

We are faith-driven, community-built, and accountable to the people we serve. We do not operate from the outside in. We build from inside the community — with the community.

Today True Nation operates across Los Angeles, Georgia, and Detroit with community partnerships reaching Ghana and the Philippines. Ten programs. Three countries. One mission that has never changed.

  • This Is Where We Are Going.

To build community-led spaces where Black, Latino, Native American, and Indigenous families worldwide can heal, learn, and create together. Our goal is to strengthen equity, wellness, and opportunity through education and cultural development grounded in our faith and heritage.

  • This Is How We Get There.

We address systemic inequality through programs that empower youth, support families, and build strong communities. Our work centers education, the arts, wellness, sports, performing arts, holistic health, music, and leadership development — all rooted in cultural identity and strengthened by trusted partnerships.
