Why a Lake of Fire?

Many may wonder why would the Creator make the final judgment a lake of fire? He could have chosen anything else right? Well let’s meditate on it and get a spiritual understanding.

First we have to understand a few things:

  1. It’s Judgement

Matthew 25:46 KJVS

[46] And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Revelation 20:10 KJVS

[10] And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

The lake of fire is meant to be an everlasting punishment to torment the ones in it. It is not supposed to be fun in any way. It is meant to be the complete opposite of what we are to experience and receive in terms of the kingdom and salvation.

Revelation 19:19-20 KJVS

[19] And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. [20] And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

The punishment must be severe enough to harm the spirit without respite. So there can be no adjusting or getting use to it. If one does adjust to it there is a high chance many will relish in the pain. They will enjoy it. And it will only further lead to an even more prideful and rebellious spirit.

  1. Sensory Overload

Emerge your senses in the lake of fire. Let’s start with your sense of touch. The pain and affliction will be from head to toe. And unbearable. Think of the worse pain you have ever felt. Now imagine that pain was intensified and applied throughout your whole body. Now imagine that pain for all of eternity with no respite. No longer able to feel pleasure need it be sensual or sexual. As you abused yourself through your liberty with pleasure now go without it forever. Having no choice but to due forever without liberty of feeling any pleasures.

Next let’s use our sense of smell. Imagine the smell of something burnt that never goes away. Along with an old eggy smell like sulfur. It stinks all the time. No longer able to smell anything pleasant or beautiful. Need it be food or pleasant aromas like essential oils. Only foul odors for all eternity. Smells so bad you can almost taste it.

Speaking of taste; have you ever burned your tongue? Remember the sensation? Both the initial feeling and after effect? Imagine that but worse. No longer able to taste anything pleasant only burnt.

Imagine your sight. All you see is black and red/orange. Burning and things burnt. No longer beholding anything beautiful or pleasant. And all you see are the faces of others going through the same torment. Faces of pain, sorrow and anguish forever.

This is where the mind is thoroughly destroyed. The senses will be completely overwhelmed in this state and will cause one to go unbearably mad. There is no sense that you have that will be at peace. You will be in a state of sensory overload. Where every one of your senses will be in its own but collective state of affliction. It is this sensory overload that will lead to the feelings of regret, sorrow and anger. And it will be a perpetual curse that will continue to revolve and spin on its own axis. Maintaining a circle of death rather than a circle of life.

  1. Cut Off

Luke 16:22-26 KJVS

[22] And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; [23] And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. [24] And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. [25] But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. [26] And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

You are completely and eternally cut off from the Creator. He is not your God, he is not your Father. The “gulf” fixed shows how far you are cut off. You are disconnected and out of reach from the father. You are without hope,  no longer able or worthy to be redeemed.

When you had the freedom and ability to find God and do what he wanted you to do. You chose to disconnect yourself from him, ignored him and left him hot. Now he will disconnect himself from you, ignore you and leave you hot forever. You will be forced to be in a position where you will desire his help but will be left reminded that no help is coming. God will not hear your cries. He will not hear your prayers.

  1. Abominable

Matthew 25:40-41 KJVS

[40] And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. [41] Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Luke 13:27 KJVS

[27] But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

One thing you have to remember about the Most High; is that The Most High is clean! And he purges with fire! When something is defiled you clean it or keep it perpetually clean. The wicked will technically “be in the kingdom” they will be “the least in the kingdom” and will be where the most wicked and unclean spirits will be of both Israel and the other nations. But because they are so defiled they need to be purged and cleaned. But you can never purge them of their filth. So keep them in a state of constant purging. So that although they are filthy yet are they clean, even though they are abominable.

Matthew 18:8 KJVS

[8] Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

Yatab Yasharahla

Hebrews 2:13 KJVS

[13] And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
