Believe it or not some people don’t know. And some don’t want to know. But these questions come up. So much so that some camps teach it is lawful to marry or sleep with a harlot. But let us rather look to the law of liberty to gain an understanding.

The lack of understanding of Genesis chapter six stands at the epicenter of false doctrines. Specifically, as it relates to fallen angels and giants having sex with man. However, none of these things are true. And the right understanding is hidden, yet, all we need are the right precepts to bring it out.

It can be frustrating and draining dealing with your people. Especially, when they don’t listen or don’t apply the changes you anticipated or that they should make. It may seem that the time you spent talking to brothers or sisters and helping them was all in vain but this is not the norm or standard but rather the exception. Nor the attitude The Most High needs us to have.

One of the early laws we learn (and often times one of the most downplayed and kept incorrectly if at all) is fringes. Some say it is a “carnal” ordinance and no longer needed to be kept. It is a light thing. Others say it is kept by having a tassel hanging on the four corners of your garment. But let us get a better understanding of the word and history so we can teach and apply what is sound doctrine.

I am sure many of you have both believed at one point in time or another, and have heard many people say, “the laws are done away with.” Even similar statements such as, “we don’t have to keep the law.” Or even, “it’s impossible to keep the law.” All of which is man’s philosophy, and not a single one of those statements is founded upon scripturally.

We often read about the Books of Moses and believe that the law started when Moses received it and gave it to the Israelites. However this is far from the truth. The truth, is that Moses reintroduced the laws to the Israelites as the teachings died out and were not all passed down appropriately to the later generations; but the laws were in fact before Moses.

Often times when you read the Bible you may read references to “the law of Moses” which can lead some people to believe that the law was made and written by Moses and that Moses is the authority concerning the law. However, this is not the case.

Have you ever heard someone say that all sin is created equal? Or all sin is sin? This couldn’t be further from the truth!

Matthew 22:40 KJV

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

We hear this statement made often by people in the world and even some who claim to be in the truth. “Only God can judge me.” Yet, is this really sound doctrine? Or what the scriptures teach us? Or is it rather a conveinent thing to say to avoid accountability and avoid having to change our ways?

Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessing of the Lord thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.

Matthew 5:20 KJVS

[20] For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

[13] But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Life is challenging…In it, we experience a myriad and diverse quantity of perils and mistakes that have the power to push us past our limits to promote growth or cause us to fall and inhibit it. These adverse events can even put us in a state of mental anguish; even perpetually. Leaving one often feeling without hope. To the point where the only true respite seems to come in the form of what we hope to be an eternal slumber; death.

If you are like many people. You are looking for when the kingdom of God, aka the kingdom of heaven is going to come. And it can make sense on one side of the spectrum that you’re looking. I mean Christ himself stated in other passages of the scriptures that it is coming. Did not he say he is going to prepare a place for us? So is this a contradiction? No, not at all. Both are true in their own right and perspective. However, the key to what he was saying is understanding this:

It may not come as a surprise to you but if you are reading this more than likely you are a child of God. And I am sure early on in your life (your childhood even) you heard someone proclaim that they themselves are a child of God. So much so, it just became a common proverb or saying like, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Yet so few of us actually take the time to consider what it truly means to be a child of God.

Psalm 82:6 KJVS

[6] I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

Many may wonder why would the Creator make the final judgment a lake of fire? He could have chosen anything else right? Well let’s meditate on it and get a spiritual understanding.

What is the final judgment? Although some may believe this can go without saying. There is however significant debate over what the final judgment is, in more ways than one.
